1 / What's your refund policy?
We have an "all sales are final" policy. This is due to the fact that our platform teaches the most effective techniques and strategies in arena polo. This knowledge has taken our family decades to learn and perfect. We want to share these methods with committed and dedicated clients and we believe once these methods are shared, they cannot be unshared. Our product is so powerful that we fully believe that any aspiring polo player that consumes our videos will immediately improve their level of play, regardless of handicap or experience level.
2 / How many video lessons are available and how long will it take me to complete the program?
Our Arena Polo Accelerator Program includes 35+ videos that are designed to accelerate your learning curve. These videos range from 3 - 10 minutes long and are jam-packed with information. In total, the program currently includes 3 hours+ of video lessons. The videos can reasonably be consumed over the span of a week.
3 / Will more video lessons be added to the platform over time and how will I be notified if new videos are added?
Yes, we will be adding additional video lessons to the program and, periodically, we will drop a new playlist of videos! Our subscribing members will be informed via email when videos are added to the platform. We also make announcements on Instagram!

5 / I'm brand new to polo and/or I only play grass polo, would subscribing to Wells Polo be valuable to me?
Our accelerator program is an incredible resource to both experienced players trying to go professional or reach higher handicaps and beginner players who have yet to take their first lesson! Additionally, even if you only play grass polo, many of the techniques we teach are universal and translate well to grass polo (ex. drills on how to improve your riding).
6 / What online coaching services does Wells Polo offer and how do they work?
Apart from our video lessons, we offer both online game tape reviews and 1-on-1 online coaching sessions. These sessions are booked separately from our Accelerator program and are administered via Zoom.
If you want to supercharge your polo and improve your decision-making ability, game tape reviews are a significant resource as you will receive direct mentorship and guidance by experienced instructors on what plays to do and what plays not to do. This can have a powerful effect on improving your polo. It's as simple as booking a session ($50 per review session) with us on the Wells Polo website and sharing your game tape with us via GoogleDrive. Boom!
Our online coaching sessions ($100 per session) allow you to receive personalized 1-on-1 coaching from our instructors. Any questions you have or any areas you want to dive deep into, we are happy to touch on via Q&A.
7 / Do you offer in-person clinics?
Yes, we happily offer in-person clinics and enjoy traveling to different polo clubs across North America to instruct arena polo!
